El Disc sortirà a la venda el dia del concert a Barcelona, el preu serà de 7€, que seràn destinats integrament a Mama Jane's Project, per l'adquisició d'un sostre digne per els nens que acull la organització.

THANKS CELESTE - MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS

Thanks to Celeste, the nurse who has organized the first day of medical examinations for all children in Jenracy Center. It has been a busy morning at Modern Care School, over 70 pupils to make a complete medical checkup to ensure their right to health. Today we only could check few of them because of the time and attention they require, but next week we will continue with medical visits. Thanks also to the volunteers who have done a great job!

Gracias a Celeste, la enfermera que ha organizado la primera jornada de revisiones médicas para todos los niños y niñas de Jenracy Center. Ha sido una mañana de mucho trabajo en Modern Care School, más de 70 pequeños a los que hacerles un chequeo médico completo para poder asegurarles su derecho a la salud. Y aunque hoy sólo hemos llegado a revisar a varios de ellos por el tiempo y atención que requieren, la semana que viene continuaremos con las visitas médicas hasta revisar...

Art Workshop with Peter Elungat and Jenracy Center Kids

On the 6th of March we started an amazing Art Workshop with a Kenyan artist called Peter Elungat, and some of the kids from Jenracy Center. The children enjoyed a lot with the painter, asked him questions about art and about his job, and they draw their firts piece with Peter’s help. It has been a success and they are looking forward for the next class!

El pasado 6 de Marzo empezamos un increíble curso de arte con el artista keniano, Peter Elungat, y algunos de los niños de Jenracy Center. Los pequeños disfrutaron con el pintor, le hicieron preguntas sobre arte y sobre su trabajo, y pintaron su primera obra con la ayuda de Peter. Ha sido todo un éxito y están ya deseando que llegue la siguiente clase!

Nuestros niños de Jenracy han subido de media 3,5 kg desde que Aztivate empezó aportando comida de forma regular semanalmente.

Desayunan y cenan muy bien y comparten parte de la comida con vecinos que no tienen recursos.

Siempre hay un plato de más en casa de Mama Jane gracias a Aztivate!!Somos realmente muy afortunados!!
